Hearing of the case took place on 30th October 2017. At the end of the hearing, Counsel Mauluka made an application to be given 14 days from 30111 October 2017 within which she were to prepare and file with the Court final written submissions on behalf of the Plaintiff. More than two months have now elapsed without the Plaintiff filing the final written submissions. The action is, accordingly, dismissed for failure to comply with directions, with liberty to the Plaintiff to have the action restored to the cause list on condition that he files his final written submissions within 7 days hereof.
