DIRECTIONS

It is ordered as follows:

1. The Office of the Attorney General to give this Court the status report of the land being claimed by the plaintiff including an indication whether the land is there, if there was a ruling in Adjudication Objections in 1971 and thereafter and the present position of the Government in this matter.

2. The District Land Adjudication and Settlement Officer, Tigania East, to fully cooperate in the implementation of the orders issued herein and the Officer to be informed about the consequences of disobedience of Court Orders.

3. Today's Orders be typed forthwith and be availed to Mr. Kiongo for the Attorney General for immediate service.

4. Directions on 30. 6.2014.
