RULING

1. An application by way of Notice of Motion dated 10/7/2017 has a consent of the parties.  Therefore, the application  be and is hereby  compromised in the following terms;-

a)The status quo obtaining on the land be maintained.  The defendant/respondent shall not disposed of the land and put up structures including house on the land pending the hearing and determination of the suit.

b)The plaintiff/applicant shall not enter the suit land until the hearing and determination of the land.

c)Costs be in the cause.

d)The parties to ensure compliance with order 11 Civil Procedure Rules 2010.

e)Pretrial directions on 23/1/18.
