Article (2) The Chairman of the Club shall issue a resolution concerning the formation of the Board of Directors, that shall consist of five members at least including the Chairman of the Board of Directors and his Vice-chairman; the resolution shall state the competencies of the Board of Directors, its powers, its functioning system and the remuneration of its members. Article (3) The Chairman of the Club may delegate any of his competencies to the Chairman of the Board of Directors or the Director-General; and the delegation shall be in written and specific. 5 Article (4) Any provision contrary to the provisions of this Decree shall be repealed.
