A worker identified as subjected to forced labor or a condition analogous to slavery, after labor inspection by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, must be rescued from that situation and is entitled to 6 unemployment insurance installments worth one minimum wage each. A labor inspector may enter the employer’s home only with authorization from the employer or, if the worker lives there, from the worker.
