(no amdt) alberta regulation 232/2025 Real Property Governance Act REAL PROPERTY GOVERNANCE REGULATION Section 7 of Act does not apply 1 (1) In this section, “entity” means a Provincial corporation as defined in the Financial Administration Act and listed in the Schedule. (2) For the purpose of section 7(6)(e) of the Act, section 7 of the Act does not apply to land held by an entity when granting a lease. Expiry 2 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed for ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may be repassed in its present or an amended form following a review, this Regulation expires on September 1, 2028.
