(Consolidated up to 199/2025) ALBERTA REGULATION 41/2018 Conflicts of Interest Act CONFLICTS OF INTEREST PART 4.3 INCLUSION ORDER Definition 1 In this Order, “subsidiaries” means one or more subsidiaries within the meaning of section 2 of the Business Corporations Act . Application of Part 4.3 2 Pursuant to section 23.921(1)(c) of the Act, the following are to be treated as public agencies for the purposes of Part 4.3 of the Act: (a) a hospital operator of a health services sector in at least 3 approved hospitals under the Provincial Health Agencies Act , other than a hospital operator that is a provincial health agency, regional health authority or provincial health corporation under the Provincial Health Agencies Act ; (b) the subsidiaries of a hospital operator referred to in clause (a).
