There are many other reserve regulations that are not included in this consolidation service. 271_2007_pit Definitions 1 In this regulation: land includes foreshore and land covered by water; land district has the same meaning as in the Land Act ; mining division means a mining division established under section 3 of the Mineral Tenure Act ; site number means the site number given in the registry to a particular mineral reserve shown on an electronic map in the registry. Reg. 72/2010, s. 2.] Reserves established or continued 2 1 A mineral reserve for all minerals and placer minerals is established or continued over each parcel or tract of land identified by a site number and name set out in Column 1 of Table 1 in the mining division and land district set out in Column 2 of Table 1 opposite the site number and name. 2 A mineral reserve for all minerals and placer minerals is established over each parcel or tract of land identified by a site number and name set out in Column 1 of Table 2 in the mining division and land district set out in Column 2 of Table 2 opposite the site number and name. Reg. 221/2025, Sch. 2, s. 1.] Prohibition 3 1 A free miner must not register a mineral claim or placer claim in a reserve established or continued under section 2. 2 Subsection (1) does not prohibit the registration of a mineral claim or placer claim in a reserve established under section 2 (2) if the free miner's application to register the claim was made before the reserve was established.
