The application must be in a form acceptable to the minister and filed before March 31 of the first benefit year in which benefits are being claimed. 3(1.1) Despite subsection (1), an eligible person is not required to file an application for benefits under Part 3 of the Prescription Drugs Payment of Benefits Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 60/96. 3(2) An eligible person who has made an application under subsection (1) must make a separate application for benefits in respect of the purchase of a specified drug not entered on the electronic data storage system referred to in section 9 of the Prescription Drugs Payment of Benefits Regulation . This application must be filed within six months after the date of purchase.
