C120 Regulation 9/2007 Registered February 7, 2007 bilingual version (HTML) Persons excluded from the definition "employee" 1 For the purposes of The Civil Service Superannuation Act , a person who (a) provided services to the Manitoba Department of Justice under a contract for service; and (b) by virtue of an agreement between the government and the Manitoba Government and General Employees Union dated July 6, 2005, was recognized as an employee under The Civil Service Act as of April 1, 2005; is excluded from the definition "employee" in The Civil Service Superannuation Act until April 1, 2007.
