R30 Regulation 73/2014 Registered March 14, 2014 bilingual version (HTML) Definition 1 In this regulation, "Act" means The Real Property Act . Designation 2 Teranet Manitoba LP is designated as a service provider for the purpose of the Act. Authorization 3(1) Teranet Manitoba LP is authorized to collect on behalf of the government, and retain for its own account as compensation for providing land registry services on behalf of the government, the fees prescribed by the Land Titles Fees Regulation . 3(2) Only until May 24, 2014, the reference to the "Land Titles Fees Regulation " in subsection (1) is to be read as the " Land Titles Fee Regulation ". Coming into force 4 This regulation comes into force on the same day that The Property Registry Statutes Amendment Act , S.M. 2013, c. 11, comes into force.
