"Act" means The Insurance Act . («  Loi  ») "agent" has the same meaning as in section 1 of the Act. (« agent ») "adjuster" has the same meaning as in section 1 of the Act. (« expert ») "council" means the Insurance Council of Manitoba established by section 3 of the Insurance Councils Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 227/91. (« Conseil ») "restricted insurance licence holder" means a restricted insurance agent licence within the meaning of section 380.1 of the Act. (« titulaire de licence restreinte ») M.R. 218/2014 Fees of agents and adjusters 2(1) The fees set out in Column 2 of the table in the Schedule are payable by agents and adjusters for the licences and services set out opposite in Column 1. 2(2) The fees payable under subsection (1) are to be paid to the council.
