Application 1 This regulation applies to milk marketed in intraprovincial trade. Penalty on marketing without quota 2 A producer who is not a registered producer shall pay a penalty of $100.00 per hectolitre on milk marketed by the producer. M.R. 140/2009 Penalty on marketing other than to board 3 A registered producer who markets milk other than to or through the board shall pay a penalty of $100.00 per hectolitre on milk so marketed. M.R. 140/2009 Particulars of payment 4 A penalty under this regulation is payable to Dairy Farmers of Manitoba at its offices within 20 days after the end of the month in which the milk to which the penalty applies is marketed.
