Designation 2 Teranet Manitoba LP is designated as a service provider for the purpose of the Act. Authorization 3(1) Teranet Manitoba LP is authorized to collect on behalf of the government, and retain for its own account as compensation for providing registry services on behalf of the government, the fees prescribed by the Personal Property Registry Fees Regulation . 3(2) Only until May 24, 2014, the reference to "Règlement sur les droits relatifs aux services d'enregistrement en matière de biens personnels " in subsection (1) of the French version is to be read as " Règlement sur les droits relatifs aux biens personnels ". Coming into force 4 This regulation comes into force on the same day that The Property Registry Statutes Amendment Act , S.M. 2013, c. 11, comes into force.
