Exemption of certain societies 2 For the purposes of subsection 33(2) of The Agricultural Societies Act , a society or association listed in the Schedule is exempt from the obligation under subsection 10(1) of The Pari-Mutuel Levy Act to remit to The Horse Racing Commission pari-mutuel levies collected by the society or association at a licensed racing meet. Repeal 3 The Agricultural Societies Pari-Mutuel Levy Exemption Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 122/97, is repealed.
