"customary care" has the same meaning as in The Child and Family Services Act . (« soins conformes aux traditions ») "kinship care" has the same meaning as in The Child and Family Services Act . (« soins offerts par un membre de la famille élargie ») Health benefits for children receiving customary or kinship care 2 A child who is receiving customary care or kinship care is eligible to receive benefits in respect of health care expenses referred to in clauses 9(a) to (h) under the heading "Health care expenses" of Division 3 of Schedule A of the Assistance Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 404/88 R. Coming into force 3 This regulation comes into force on the same day that section 21 of An Act respecting Child and Family Services (Indigenous Jurisdiction and Related Amendments) , S.M. 2023, c. 26, comes into force.
