Administrative penalty amounts 2 The following administrative penalty amounts are prescribed for the purpose of subsection 263.1.1(1) of the Act: (a) clause 263.1.1(1)⁠(a) (refusal to comply with demand) Designation of administrator 3 For the purposes of subsection 263.1.1(6) of the Act, The Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation is designated as the administrator. Coming into force 4 This regulation comes into force on December 16, 2019, or the day it is registered under The Statutes and Regulations Act , whichever is later.
