P140 Regulation 118/2017 Registered September 8, 2017 bilingual version (HTML) Canadian Free Trade Agreement 1 In respect of clause (c) of the definition "domestic trade agreement" in subsection 16.1(1) of The Proceedings Against the Crown Act , the Canadian Free Trade Agreement entered into by the governments of Canada, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut, signed on April 6, 2017 and in force on July 1, 2017, and any amendments to such agreement, is a domestic trade agreement.
