E125 Regulation 168/96 Registered August 15, 1996 bilingual version (HTML) Fee for service, licence or permit 1(1) A person who applies for or obtains, under a provision of The Environment Act or of a regulation under that Act referred to in Column 1 of the Schedule, a service, licence or permit specified in Column 2 shall pay, at the time specified in Column 3, a fee in the amount specified in Column 4. 1(2) A person who is directed under subsection 14(3) of The Environment Act to seek approval for a proposed alteration in a development shall pay on applying for approval (a) in accordance with section 10 or 11 of the Act, the fee set out in the Schedule for a development licence under section 10 or 11, as the case may be; or (b) in accordance with section 12 of the Act, the fee set out in the Schedule for a development licence under section 12 for a development of the relevant category. 1(3) A person who applies for or obtains a development licence under section 10, 11 or 12 of The Environment Act as one of a series of licences as provided for in section 13 of the Act shall pay in respect of each application or licence in the series the fee set out in the Schedule for a licence for the relevant class and category of development.
