Enns 1(3) In Township 3, Range 2 West and being the most northerly 440 feet (134.106 m) in perpendicular depth of the most easterly 765 feet (233.161 m) of the northeast quarter of Section 4, which lies to the south of the southern limit of the land taken for a Public Road as same is shown coloured pink on a Plan of Survey No. 553 registered in the Morden Land Titles Office. Chief George Barker 1(7) All that portion contained within 300 metres of the centreline of the roads and identified and shown as refuge on Plan No. 19008B filed in the office of the Director of Surveys at Winnipeg, and contained within the area between the Wanipigow River and the Bloodvein River. Duck Mountain 1(8) All that portion contained within 300 metres of each side of the centreline of the roads and identified and shown as refuge on Plan No. 19547A filed in the office of the Director of Surveys at Winnipeg. E. Bergman 1(9) In Township 3, Range 2 West and being the most southerly 560 feet (170.680 m) of the most westerly 370 feet (121.390 m) of the most easterly 840 feet (256.020 m) of the northeast quarter of Section 35, excepting thereout and therefrom all mines and minerals and the right to work the same, as reserved in the Original Grant from the Crown, together with a right-of-way for all purposes as appurtenant thereto over and upon the most southerly 16 feet (5 metres) of the most easterly 470 feet (143.250 m). Hespeler Floodway 1(16) Parcel 1: In Township 2, Range 3 West and being the north half of legal subdivision 5 of Section 32, excepting thereout that portion thereof taken for Water Control Works as same is shown bordered blue on Plan of Survey No. 1087 registered in the Morden Land Titles Office. Netley Marsh 2(11) In Township 16, Range 5 East and being those portions of Sections 9, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 32 lying to the south of the south shoreline of Lake Winnipeg which lie between the westerly bank of the main channel of the Red River and the easterly bank of the West Channel of that river, including within the limits above described all lands covered by water. Oak Lake 2(12) In Township 7, Range 24 West and being the north half of Section 31; in Township 8, Range 24 West and being the north half of Section 5, Sections 6, 7, 8 and 9, the northwest quarter and the west twenty rods of the southwest quarter of Section 16, the south half and the northwest quarter of Section 17, the south half and the northeast quarter of Section 18; in Township 7, Range 25 West and being the northeast quarter of Section 36; in Township 8, Range 25 West and being the north half and the southeast quarter of Section 1, the north half of Section 2, the south half of Section 11, and the south half and the northeast quarter of Section 12; together with all roads and government road allowances immediately adjoining those described parcels of land or land under water. Petes Point 2(13) All that portion designated as refuge on Plan No. 19295 filed in the office of the Director of Surveys at Winnipeg. Red Deer Point 2(14) That portion of Red Deer Point extending into Lake Winnipegosis lying north of Township 33, being those portions of Townships 34 to 36 inclusive in Ranges 18 and 19 West, contained within the limits of the said point and all that portion of land in the said lake commonly known as Coleman Island adjoining that point. Reykjavik 2(15) In Township 26, Range 10 West and being the west halves of Sections 5, 8, 17 and 20, Sections 6, 7, 18 and 19 and the south half of Section 30; and in Township 26, Range 11 West l and being Sections 1, 12 and 13 and the south half of Section 24. Rock Lake 2(16) In Township 3, Ranges 13 and 14 West and being all waters and marshes that are commonly known as Rock Lake, including those waters and marshes within 50 yards (45.718 m) of the shoreline of that lake.
