Honey Regulation, M.R. 210/87 R The Livestock and Livestock Products Act , C.C.S.M. c. L170 Regulation 210/87 R Registered May 29, 1987 bilingual version (HTML) 1(1) Subject to subsection (2), this regulation applies to (a) liquid, extracted, and granulated extracted honey, including pasteurized honey, packed in consumer containers; and (b) all extracted honey packed in bulk containers. 1(2) This regulation does not apply to honey that is produced and sold by a beekeeper directly to an individual taking delivery at the producer's residence, apiary, or honey extracting house, in containers that bear no grade or class markings. 2(1) All honey to which this regulation applies that is to be sold in Manitoba shall be sold pursuant to the Canada Agricultural Products Standards Act . 2(2) Subject to subsection (1), no person shall pack, ship, offer for shipment, advertise, display, sell, or offer for sale, within Manitoba, any honey.
