P40 Regulation 215/87 R Registered May 29, 1987 bilingual version (HTML) 1(1) Licensed pesticide dealers shall not sell Goal to any person unless that person has a permit for the purchase and use of Goal issued by the Chief of the Weeds Section of the Department of Agriculture. 1(2) A person shall apply for a permit for the purchase of Goal on the application form prescribed on the Schedule. 2 The sale to a permit holder shall be limited to the conditions set out in the permit. 3 A permit in the form prescribed in the Schedule may be issued on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture by the Chief of the Weeds Section of the Department of Agriculture when (a) a commercial onion grower completes the application form prescribed by the Chief of the Weeds Section of the Department of Agriculture; (b) the applicant attends the prescribed training session; and (c) the applicant provides evidence, to the satisfaction of the Chief of the Weeds Section of the Department of Agriculture, that he has a legitimate requirement for the requested amount of Goal. 4 Goal shall be applied only by or under the direct supervision of the permit holder. 5 The permit holder shall accept all liability for damage caused by the application of Goal. 6 A permit shall be issued only for Goal required for the single growing season designated on the permit. 7 Any Goal purchased by a permit holder but not applied during the growing season designated on the permit shall be disposed of as directed by the Chief of the Weeds Section of the Department of Agriculture.
