C280 Regulation 247/89 Registered October 3, 1989 bilingual version (HTML) Concurrent jurisdiction 1 The areas of the province not mentioned in section 2 are designated, in accordance with clause 42(b) of the Act, as areas in which the Court of King's Bench (Family Division) and the Provincial Court of Manitoba (Family Division) have concurrent jurisdiction in family proceedings. King's Bench exclusive jurisdiction 2 In accordance with clause 42(a) of the Act, the City of Winnipeg, the City of Brandon, the Town of Selkirk and the Rural Municipalities of Cornwallis, Daly, East St. Paul, Elton, Glenwood, Oakland, St. Andrews, St. Clements, Whitehead and West St. Paul are designated as areas in which the Court of King's Bench (Family Division) has exclusive jurisdiction in family proceedings. Man. Reg. 315/87 R repealed 3 Queen's Bench (Family Division) Jurisdiction Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 315/87 R, is repealed.
