E190 Regulation 295/87 Registered July 27, 1987 bilingual version (HTML) Fees payable 1(1) The fees and charges to be paid by any authority in respect of any proceeding or any class of proceeding before the Land Value Appraisal Commission which constitutes a hearing before that Commission shall be $300. per hour. M.R. 10/93 1(2) For the purposes of computing the length of a hearing, any period less than an hour shall be regarded as one hour. 2 Payment under section 1 shall be made to the Minister of Finance within 28 days from the date of the hearing. Fees for transcripts 3 The fees for transcripts of evidence of a proceeding before the Land Value Appraisal Commission are as follows: (a) the first party to order a transcript shall pay a fee of $2.20 for each page of the transcript; (b) any other party shall pay a fee of $0.80 for each page of the first copy of the transcript that he or she orders; (c) either party shall pay a fee of $0.35 for each page of each additional copy of the transcript that he or she orders. M.R. 107/95 Repeal 4 Manitoba Regulation 71/81 is repealed.
