(1) Payment under the agreement referred to in section 2 is not subject to the requirement contained in subsection 25(6) of the Financial Administration Act that payment under the contract is subject to there being an appropriation for the fiscal year in which the payment falls due. (2) A payment that the Crown may be required to make under the agreement referred to in section 2 shall be paid by the Honourable the Minister of Finance out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
