NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 9/04 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Indian Bay Brook under the Water Resources Act (Filed February 16, 2004 ) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Indian Bay Brook Water Supply Area for the Town of Indian Bay as a protected water supply area.
