NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 8/07 Notice of Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area of the Town of Winterland , Winterland Wellfield , WS-G-0786 under the Water Resources Act (Filed January 9, 2007 ) Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area known as the Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area of Winterland Wellfield , WS-G-0786 for the Town of Winterland as a wellhead protected water supply area. Clyde Jackman Minister of Environment and Conservation NOTICE This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Grand Bank abutted and bounded as follows: Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,224,455 metres and easting 628,603 metres; Then following an arc of 150 metre radius, with its centre being the Town of Winterland Number 1 Well having UTM coordinates of northing 5,224,424 metres and easting 628,457 metres, clockwise to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,224,383 metres and easting 628,312 metres; Then running in a general north westerly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,224,491 metres and easting 628,286 metres; Then following an arc of 150 metre radius, with its centre being the Town of Winterland Number 2 Well having UTM coordinates of northing 5,224,523 metres and easting 628,433 metres, clockwise to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,224,563 metres and easting 628,577 metres; Then running in a general south easterly direction to the point of commencement.
