NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 54/07 Humber Valley Regional Planning Area under the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 (Filed April 16, 2007 ) Under the authority of section 6 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I establish the following area as a regional planning area. Dated at St. Johns , April 11, 2007 .
