NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 92/07 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Indian Pond, WS-S-0866 for the Town of Trinity under the Water Resources Act (Filed September 11, 2007 ) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Indian Pond W ater Supply Area for the Town of Trinity as a protected water supply area. Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 55 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 322 265 metres and northing 5 361 460 metres; Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 298 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 322 282 metres and northing 5 361 162 metres; Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 204 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 322 090 metres and northing 5 361 228 metres; Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 248 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 321 844 metres and northing 5 361 193 metres;
