NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 93/07 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Sullivan's Pond- Huxter'sPond , WS-S-0676 for the Town of Springdale under the Water Resources Act (Filed September 11, 2007 ) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Sullivan's Pond- Huxter's Pond W ater Supply Area for the Town of Springdale as a protected water supply area. Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 222 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 566 721 metres and northing 5 484 050 metres; Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 571 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 566 179 metres and northing 5 484 229 metres; Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 287 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 566 342 metres and northing 5 484 464 metres; Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 127 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 566 255 metres and northing 5 484 556 metres; The Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Sullivans Pond - Huxters Pond, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 713/96, is repealed. All bearings refer to Grid North.
