NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 88/10 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Southeast Pond, WS-S-0428, Local Service District of Loon Bay under the Water Resources Act (Filed September 21, 2010) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Southeast Pond Water Supply Area, WS-S-0428, for the Local Service District of Loon Bay as a protected water supply area. Charlene Johnson Minister of Environment and Conservation NOTICE This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Lewisporte abutted and bounded as follows: Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 654 031 metres and northing 5 438 823 metres; Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 4102 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 651 738 metres and northing 5 442 224 metres; Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 4222 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 653 445 metres and northing 5 446 085 metres; Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 5027 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 656 956 metres and northing 5 449 683 metres; Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 4570 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 655 208 metres and northing 5 453 905 metres; Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 4771 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 658 268 metres and northing 5 457 566 metres; Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 2444 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 657 495 metres and northing 5 459 884 metres; Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 455 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 657 751 metres and northing 5 460 261 metres; Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 1150 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 658 105 metres and northing 5 461 355 metres; Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 3841 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 660 749 metres and northing 5 458 569 metres; Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 2127 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 662 876 metres and northing 5 458 599 metres; Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 6029 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 659 864 metres and northing 5 453 376 metres; Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 9931 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 657 304 metres and northing 5 443 781 metres; Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 5941 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement. All coordinates refer Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
