These regulations may be cited as the Water and Sewage Tax Rate for the Hydroelectric Generating Plant located in the Town of Bishop 's Falls Regulations . Back to Top Water and sewage tax rate 2. (1) The water and sewage tax rate imposed by the council for the Hydroelectric Generating Plant located in the Town of Bishop 's Falls shall be calculated by multiplying the mill rate by the assessed value. (2) In subsection (1) (a) "mill rate" means the same mill rate applied by the council to all commercial properties in the town; and (b) "assessed value" means the assessed value of the Hydroelectric Generating Plant as assessed in accordance with the Assessment Act, 2006 . (3) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the maximum allowable mill rate shall not exceed the mill rate imposed on other commercial properties in the town.
