NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 99/14 Badger Municipal Planning Area under the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 (Filed December 16, 2014) Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 , I define the following area as the Badger Municipal Planning Area. Keith Hutchings Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs PLANNING AREA Beginning at the point at the junction of the western bank of Badger Brook with the northern bank of the Exploits River ; Then along the shore of the Exploits River in a westerly direction 375 metres, more or less, to the mouth of Little Red Indian River; Then crossing the mouth of the river in a southwesterly direction to the point on the southern side of the mouth of the Little Red Indian River, that point being also the most northeasterly point on the protected water supply boundary; Then along the shoreline of the Exploits River to the most southerly point of the protected water supply boundary; Then in a northwesterly direction along the protected water supply boundary to its most northern point, that point being the shoreline of Little Red Indian River; Then along the protected water supply boundary, in a generally northeasterly direction, to a point, that point being south 44° 53' east, 46 metres, more or less, from an unnamed brook; Then north 44° 53' west, 45 metres, more or less, to the north shore of Little Red Indian River where an unnamed brook flows into it; Then north 24° 39' west, 989 metres, more or less, to a point on an unnamed brook; Then north 58° 3' east, 925 metres, more or less, to a point on the Badger Municipal Boundary, that point being on the western bottom of a small cove in the western bank of Badger Brook; Then along the western bank of Badger Brook in a southerly direction to the point of beginning. All bearings refer to Grid North and, as with distances given, are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50000 National Topographical Series (NTS) digital mapping; UTM, NAD 83.
