The Victim Services Program of the Department of Justice and Public Safety is designated as the program for the preparation of (a) victim impact statements for the purposes of subsection 722(4) of the Criminal Code ; and (b) community impact statements for the purposes of subsection 722.2(2) of the Criminal Code . Back to Top Repeal 3. The Victim Impact Statement Regulations , Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 31/96, are repealed.
