NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 48/21 Anchor Point Municipal Planning Area under the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 (Filed August 26, 2021) Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 , I define the following area as the Anchor Point Municipal Planning Area.
