CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 37/96 Town of Appleton Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of Appleton are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 672/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point on the centre line of the western face of the east abutment of the highway bridge spanning the Gander River between Glenwood and Appleton; Then running in a generally northerly direction along the east shoreline of the Gander River 650 metres, more or less; Then south 83° 00' east 1,450 metres, more or less; Then south 6° 00' west 4,700 metres, more or less, to the northern bank of an unknown river; Then in a general westerly direction along the northern bank of the river to the eastern shoreline of The Outflow - Gander River ; Then in a northerly direction along the eastern shoreline of The Outflow - Gander River to the point of beginning.
