CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 41/96 Town of Baytona Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Amended by: 1996 c25 (Changes communities to towns) CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 41/96 Town of Baytona Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Baytona Order . CNR 41/96 s1 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Baytona are as set out in the Schedule. CNR 41/96 s2 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulations 661/78 and 93/85 are repealed. CNR 41/96 s3 Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point at the mouth of Bottom Brook where that brook empties into Birchy Bay ; Then running in a generally southerly direction along the western bank of Bottom Brook to a point in the northern limit of the road reservation of Route No. 340; Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the northern limit of the road reservation of Route No. 340 a distance of 3,200 metres, more or less; Then running north 45° west a distance of 150 metres, more or less, to a point in the eastern shoreline of Loon Bay; Then running in a generally northerly direction along that shoreline to Loon Bay Point; Then running in a generally southeasterly direction along the western shoreline of Birchy Bay to Morris Point ; Then continuing along the western shoreline of Birchy Bay in a generally southerly direction to the point of beginning.
