CNR 45/96 s3 Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being the highwater mark on the shoreline of Dog Point; Then following the sinuosities of that shoreline in a general easterly and southerly direction running along Fisherman Cove, North Cove and East Cove to a point being on the north bank at the mouth of an unnamed river which flows from the northeast into East Cove; Then north 3° 30' west a distance of 2,450 metres, more or less, to a point being on the north bank of an unnamed river which flows to the west from the most westerly shoreline of an unnamed pond; Then north 41° 30' west a distance of 1,650 metres, more or less, to a point being the highwater mark on the shoreline of Bird Cove a distance of 975 metres, more or less, southwest of Grave Point; Then following the sinuosities of that shoreline in a general southwesterly and northerly direction passing along Beach Point and Dog Cove to the point of commencement.
