CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 79/96 Town of Badger Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of Badger are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 676/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at the point at the junction of the western bank of Badger Brook with the northern bank of the Exploits River ; Then running along the shore of the Exploits River in a westerly direction 375 metres, more or less, to the mouth of Little Red Indian River; Then crossing the mouth of that river in a southwesterly direction to the point on the southern side of the mouth of the Little Red Indian River; Then along the shore of Exploits River in a southwest direction for a distance of 800 metres, more or less; Then north 8° west 1,225 metres, more or less, to the Canadian National Railway right-of-way; Then north 45° east 1,100 metres, more or less, to the western bottom of a small cove in the western bank of Badger Brook; Then running along the western bank of Badger Brook in a southerly direction to the point of beginning.
