CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 91/96 Town of Botwood Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of Botwood are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 694/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at the mouth of Peter's River and running in a generally southwesterly direction along the northern bank of that river to the centre line of the Anglo-Newfoundland Development Company railway trestle; Then running due west a distance of 1,500 metres, more or less; Then running north 14° east a distance of 4,900 metres, more or less, to the southern end of the bridge at the mouth of Northern Arm Brook; Then running in a generally easterly direction along the southern shoreline of Northern Arm at highwater mark to Killick Point, passing thereby Northern Arm Point; Then running in a generally southerly direction along the western shoreline of Bay of Exploits at highwater mark to the place of beginning, passing thereby Mill Point.
