ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Comfort Cove - Newstead Order . CNR 103/96 s1 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Comfort Cove - Newstead are as set out in the Schedule. CNR 103/96 s2 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 620/78 is repealed. CNR 103/96 s3 Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point at the highwater mark in the eastern shoreline of Indian Arm, that point bearing south 42° east 1,200 metres, more or less, from the eastern end of Steering Island ; Then running from that point of beginning east 2,500 metres, more or less, to a point at the highwater mark in the western shoreline of Loon Bay; Then running in a generally northerly direction along the western shoreline of Loon Bay , via Newstead Harbour and Comfort Cove to Comfort Head; Then running in a generally southerly direction along the eastern shoreline of Indian Arm, via Net Cove Head, Chapel Head, Chapel Cove, Long Point and Indian Head to the point of beginning.
