CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 126/96 Town of Change Islands Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Change Islands Order . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Change Islands are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 601/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule All that part of the south island of Change Islands lying north of a line extending on a bearing of south 40° west from a point on the southern shore of Puncheon Cove, situated 460 metres in an easterly direction from the bottom of the cove, to a point on the easterly shore of Stinking Cove, situated 275 metres in a southerly direction from the bottom of the cove, together with the north island of Change Islands. 601/78 ©Earl G.
