CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 151/96 Town of Elliston Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of Elliston are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 592/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point in the northernmost angle of a small pond located on the Burnt Ridge; Then running north 14° 30' west a distance of 2,775 metres, more or less, to a point on the centre line of the main highroad to Elliston; Then running north 76° 30' east a distance of 3,850 metres, more or less, to a point at highwater mark on the western shoreline of Trinity Bay; Then running in a generally southerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline to Elliston Cove, Elliston Point and Maberly to a point at highwater mark on the western shoreline of Trinity Bay, that point being located 975 metres south of the most easterly point of South Bird Island; Then running north 88° west a distance of 4,425 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
