Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point on the highwater mark of Conception Bay North, that point being on the northeastern extremity of the Carbonear municipal boundary; Then in a westerly direction along that boundary to a point, that point being the centre line of a road locally known as Lily Pond Road ; Then in a northwesterly direction a distance of 1,200 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the intersection of the eastern right-of-way of Route 70 with the Carbonear - Victoria municipal planning area boundary; Then in a northeasterly direction along that boundary to a point, that point being the highwater mark at the easternmost extremity of Salmon Cove Head; Then in a southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline at highwater mark passing Folly Rocks, Clowns Cove, Freshwater Cove to the point of beginning.
