The boundaries of the Town of Fleur de Lys are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulations 639/78 and 240/85 are repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point on the highwater mark on the shoreline of White Bay , that point being known as Cape Etat and having a military grid reference of 554524; Then in a generally northeasterly and southeasterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline of White Bay passing Hard Bay, Flat Bay Cove, Cape Crapaud, Fleur de Lys Harbour and Woody Cove a distance of approximately 24,125 metres to a point known as Paradise Point; Then south 48° 30' west a distance of 3,200 metres, more or less; Then north 89° west a distance of 2,400 metres, more or less, to the southern tip of an unnamed pond; Then north 48° west a distance of 6,600 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.
