CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 172/96 Town of Flower 's Cove Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Flower's Cove Order . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Flower 's Cove are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 640/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point at highwater mark in the northeast angle of Nameless Cove and then running due east 2,850 metres, more or less; Then running south 39° west 5,450 metres, more or less; Then running north 31° west 2,500 metres, more or less, to a point at highwater mark at the western tip of Doyle's Point; Then running along the sinuosities of the shoreline at highwater mark by way of Flower's Cove, Capstan Point and Nameless Cove to the point of beginning.
