ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Gillams Order . CNR 178/96 s1 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Gillams are as set out in the Schedule. CNR 178/96 s2 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 662/78 is repealed. CNR 178/96 s3 Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being on the highwater mark of the southern shoreline of Apsey Cove on the Humber Arm; Then north 76° 00' east a distance of 1,625 metres, more or less, to the summit (elevation 229 metres) of an unnamed hill; Then south 41° 30' east a distance of 2,075 metres, more or less, to the northern bank of Gillams Brook; Then following the brook in a generally easterly direction a distance of 1,725 metres, more or less, to a point due north of a small hill; Then due south a distance of 400 metres, more or less, to the summit of the hill; Then south 32° 00' west a distance of 1,700 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the summit (elevation 183 metres) of an unnamed hill; Then south 52° 30' west a distance of 1,375 metres, more or less, to the highwater mark on the shoreline of the Humber Arm; Then in a generally northwesterly direction following the sinuosities of the shoreline to the point of commencement.
