CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 183/96 Local Service District of Gander Bay North under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. District continued 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal District continued 1. The area comprising the communities of Clarke's Head, Wings Point , Victoria Cove and Rodgers Cove is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Gander Bay North . The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area comprising the communities commonly known as Clarke's Head, Wings Point , Victoria Cove and Rodgers Cove. 176/84 Back to Top Repeal 3.
