CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 184/96 Local Service District of Gander Bay South under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. District continued 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal District continued 1. The area comprising the community of Harris Point , including the area locally known as George's Point, is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Gander Bay South . The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area commonly known as Harris Point , including the area locally known as George's Point. 232/83 Back to Top Repeal 3.
