CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 199/96 Town of Garnish Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of Garnish are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 651/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a coastal point in "The Ridge" at Frenchman's Cove, that point being at UTM grid co?ordinate 621 910 metres east, 5 230 430 metres north; Then following the coastline by way of Deepwater Point, Doughball Head and Doughball Cove to a point north 54° 30' west of Garnish Tolt; Then running south 54° 30' east 6,350 metres, more or less, to Garnish Tolt; Then running south 49° 30' west 4,900 metres, more or less; Then running north 70° 30' west 1,800 metres, more or less; Then running south 21° west 3,170 metres, more or less; Then running north 25° 30' west 6,200 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
